Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 business days of receipt of your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your order #. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges which means $7 will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer may also opt to receive a store credit in which the full refund amount will be given (no shipping charges deducted). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return items must be mailed back within 3 business days from receipt of the return label. If this specified time is not met, your refund will no longer be valid and will not be issued. The late returned item(s) will not be sent back to you.
Accessories, Hats, Gift Cards, Swimwear, Cover ups, Board shirts, Swim shirts, Swim shorts, One-piece swimsuits, Two-piece swimsuits, Bodysuits, Bras, Bralettes, Sale and Final Sale items cannot be returned.
Regular priced items purchased with a discount code are not considered sale items.
* For Buy 2, Get 1 Free, item(s) may only be returned for store credit equal to the retail price of the item(s) currently posted on our website.
To ensure your return is handled appropriately, please specify the following via email: Choice of refund or store credit, Reason for your return, Order number.
- Item(s) packed in the same manner as received
- All tags attached to each item
- Item(s) unworn and unwashed
- Item(s) free from damage, cigarette smoke, pet hair, stains, perfumes, and deodorant
- Item(s) were not discounted or on sale
- Item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt
- If a packing slip is included with the item(s), it must be sent back with the requested return items circled
*If all conditions above are not met, we will ship the item(s) back to the customer at their expense.
*We must be notified of damaged items within 2 days of receipt.
Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item(s). Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. We do not offer exchanges as our inventory sells out fast. We recommend placing another order and returning the item if you require another size or color.
Please ensure addresses are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted. We cannot cancel orders once submitted.
