RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS: We love our elbie boutique customers and want to ensure you love your purchased items! We’ve included information below to help answer your questions. If you need additional help, send us an email at email@example.com. One of our team members will gladly assist you.
Returns are issued via your original payment method for a refund or store credit (your choice) within 10 days of receipt of your item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns after 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for shipping charges for your returns.
Accessories, Gift Cards and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
* For Buy 2, Get 1 Free, item(s) may only be returned for store credit equal to the retail price of the item(s) posted on our website.
Please notify us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing back your item(s). To ensure your return is handled appropriately, please specify the following via email: Choice of refund or store credit, Reason for your return, Order number.
- Item(s) packed in the same manner as received
- All tags attached to each item
- Item(s) unworn and unwashed
- Item(s) free from damage, cigarette smoke, pet hair, stains, perfumes, and deodorant
- Item(s) were not discounted or on sale
- Item(s) are returned within 10 days of receipt
*If all conditions above are not met, we will ship the item(s) back to you at your expense.
*We must be notified of damaged items within 2 days of receipt.
Our inventory goes fast! We recommend if you want to exchange an item, go ahead and place your new order and return your exchange to us. You will be responsible for shipping charges for your exchanges returned back to us. You will not be charged a shipping fee for your new item exchange sent to you.

For self returns-We recommend using a tracking number with your return/exchange as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will not be refunded.
Our pre-paid return labels are only for use in the United States.
Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted. We cannot cancel orders once submitted.
